We wanted to relocate from the beach to the foothills however, we both had hectic schedules and getting out to see the houses was very challenging. Yet, Lori and Amy were ALWAYS accommodating with their time. If we couldn’t make it to an Open House, they would attend for us and even FaceTime the viewing for us. After a while of looking, we finally found our new home. The house was only on the market for a total of 4 days before the seller accepted our offer and we accredit that to Lori’s exceptional negotiation skills. From then on out the whole process went flawlessly. Getting the keys to the house was a bittersweet moment because we realized that our time together was coming to an end. As we arrived to the house, Lori and Amy were waiting for us with champagne, a “SOLD” sign, and a house warming gift (which was absolutely thoughtful)! Their professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market is bar none. They both are gracious and made us feel more like family than just another “sell”.
